You should retain an incident report in respect of any incident you become aware of, and if you are officially advised of an incident and that a claim could be made against you, you should as soon as possible report it to us.

Whenever possible, claims should be advised either by email in detail or by telephone, however if you simply wish to advise brief details then completing this “Report A Claim” is appropriate and we will telephone you the next business day.
